1500V high voltage wire harness for mining trucks (DCDC Output -PDU Charging) can carry up to 600A current, with 1500VDC rated voltage, can achieve up to 900kW power transmission. This is excellent in meeting the needs of high-power DCDC conversion and fast charging for mining trucks. The mining truck high voltage wire harness uses special insulation materials and outer sheath specially developed for mining applications, capable of stable operation over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +150°C. In addition, the high voltage wire harness has built-in temperature sensor and current transformer, which can feed back the working status to the vehicle control system in real time. Once abnormal conditions occur, such as overload, short circuit, etc., protection measures can be triggered immediately to ensure the safety and reliability of the whole power system. I: Power system of pure electric mining truck: the high voltage wire harness is mainly used for high voltage power transmission of pure electric mining truck. The high-voltage wiring harness can reliably connect the DCDC converter with the battery pack or charging interface to meet the high-power driving and fast charging requirements of the vehicle.
II: Hybrid mining truck powertrain: For hybrid mining trucks, this high voltage harness also plays a key role. The high-voltage harness is responsible for transmitting the DCDC output of the generator set or fuel cell to the battery pack and the drive motor for optimal coordination of the power system.
