I: BEV application: In BEV, the high voltage wiring harness is responsible for connecting the HV distribution box to the drive motor to provide HV power to the motor. In this application scenario, the harness needs to withstand up to 600V operating voltage, so it must have adequate insulation and safety protection measures.
II: Hybrid vehicle application: On hybrid vehicles, in addition to connecting high-voltage distribution boxes and drive motors, high-voltage wiring harnesses may also be connected to high-voltage battery packs, DC/DC converters and other high-voltage components. The high voltage harness needs to take into account the power supply requirements of different high voltage components to ensure the reliable operation of the whole high voltage system.
III: Motor control application: The high voltage harness is not only responsible for driving the motor power supply, but also will transmit the motor control signal.
